The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase. Villavejen.com makes reservations for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as sold-out items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been shipped. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card information cannot be read by third parties. When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true. We can reduce the amount paid at any time - if, for example, a product is sold out or is not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Delivery time:

Normally our delivery time will be between 3 and 7 business days.

We always ship orders in the order they are received.

During sales, birthdays or similar, delivery times may be longer.

Since almost all of our products are produced to order, our delivery times will vary depending on capacity.

Shipping costs

49 kr to send a package with GLS to a parcel shop

79 kr to send a package with GLS to a private address.

We offer free shipping when you buy for more than 449 kr.
(This is shipping where the package is sent to a parcel shop) 

We send all packages standardly with GLS to the parcel shop chosen by the customer.

Returns and cancellation rights

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

  1. a) The package is ready for pickup at the package shop.
  2. b) the last item is ready for collection at the parcel shop when it concerns an agreement for several different items that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually
  3. c) the last batch or the last part is ready for collection at a parcel shop, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email to info@villavejen.com  In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without also clearly notifying us of this.

Returns You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Delivery of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch

This means that items that are produced to order, either by painting them, changing the design, changing the size or by adding a name, text, etc., cannot be canceled or returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the price of the item back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the price of the product or products, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We do not refund shipping costs when returning goods, and we do not return the money paid for postage.

We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

You can also cancel your purchase by giving a clear notice and delivering it in person to the above address.

What should I send back? You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation/invoice or the messages in which you ordered the item.

Please note!! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery and all return packages must be sent directly to our address, we do not drive around to parcel shops and pick up packages there.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)

The Danish Sales Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at www.villavejen.com, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. How quickly should I complain? You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
